SHIPPING, RETURNS &WARRENTIES

SHIPPING POLICY :

We ship most items within 7 business days. Carved, customized and personalized items in stock will take 7-14 business days to process. Please read the product page carefully for detailed shipping times for most items. Items made to order or order from the manufacturer will take longer than usual. Please email us with questions regarding the order. Eli Adams Jewelers is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers. We reserve the right to cancel any order without billing and shipping address adjustments. We reserve the right to request signatures for all shipments. In order to file an insurance claim, the ship must have a police report signed and distributed by the alleged household member. Insurance claims take 15-30 days depending on the carrier. All airlines have suspended the refund guarantee due to Covid-19 until further notice.

All international buyers must pay customs and duties when a product arrives in their country. Most countries charge between 18% and 22% as customs duty. We recommend that all international buyers contact their local tax office for more information.

RETURN POLICY :

f you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return items that are not personalized for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse (14 days from delivery for pre-owned items). Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Please see our note below regarding Special Orders. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials, original sales receipt, must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS WILL RESULT IN THE REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.

ITEMS THAT ARE PERSONALIZED, ENGRAVED ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

If when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Emaralds within 3 days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.

How to return or exchange an item?

  • Put the original package in a shipping cart.
  • Enter the invoice and reason for return. If there are errors, please indicate the error.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
  • Refund shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS :

Items sold on Emaralds.com can be considered a “special order”. These items are engraved or personalized. If this is the case, we will not be able to accept any benefit or exchange on these items.

WARRENTY

The warranty covers internal movement issues on Jewelry that are not related to accidental damages. General warranties does not cover; bands, cases, crystals, crowns, and anything that is not related to moving components.
